Christmas party and more

Saturday Morning, we had so much fun at the Binggeli Christmas party that my mom and dad hosted. My mom made a breakfast casserole that was delicious. We played santa (bingo). Haley read The night before christmas and we all attending was able to get a white elephant gift.

Around 6:00 PM, We went to a small christmas parade on Main Street in Garland. After the parade the kids got to sit on Santa Claus' lap and tell him one thing that they wanted to get for Christmas.

Elizza just looked at santa and tried to figure out who he is.

Morriah just smile like this.

Issac said that he wants Cars 2 the movie.

RyAnn said that she wants a snow globe.

RyAnn's bedroom is finished. She is loving it. She is only a little scared of sleeping downstairs because of the possible spiders. She got she pick out the paint color. I think color looks good more now that it is finished.

It is amazing to me how kids grow so fast and the thinks that they learn is such a small time.

RyAnn

She loves school and is a 2nd grader. She love to read. Today she read for 80 minutes. When she started school was reading like a 3 grader in the 4th month of the school year.

Tonight we had FHE. RyAnn was asked what her favorite Scripture is. She got her scriptures and looked up the scripture without help.

Issac

He is in Kindergarten. He is a great reader. When I went to parent teacher conference, his teacher told me that she would put something up on the smartboard and Issac would be reading what it says to the kids at his table.

Morriah

She is my little momma. She loves to help me take care of Elizza by carrying her (Morriah's arms wrapped under Elizza arms and around her chest), she hugs E when she cries or gets her a bottle or sippy cup.

She loves it when I take a nap with her. She will get a book just like I do. Today I was reading the Ensign so she got the Friend. I looked to the other end of the couch and she was a sleep.

Elizza

She is not sleeping through the night, she is gets naps.

She loves the top stair to the basement. She will drop things onto it, so she came pick it up and drop it again.

She loves to eat whatever she can get her hands on or anyone will give her.

Halloween

The camera is taking fuzzy pictures. Jared stayed home to hand out candy and take care of Elizza. He did a great job. Don't you just love the facial hair she is pulling off. (He clean it off before I got back.) He is just a fun daddy. (From right to left) RyAnn is a tiger, Issac is thor how to train a dragon), Morriah is Batgirl.

I took the 3 kids trick- or- treating just around the block. They got so much candy that Morriah opted to ride in the car most of the last half of the way around.

Jared and I went horseback riding with my cousin Ken and Lois Biorn last night. It was so fun riding by horseback into Mesa Falls north of Ashton, ID. It is so pretty up there.

My horse just wanted to run, while Jared's wanted to walk. The stirrups were to long for meand the saddle kept falling to the left side.

We spotted some bear and cub tracks. Lois didn't like the idea that we mite be following a bear. I was to worried about the horse taking off with me and falling off.

On the way back to the trailer we had to hurry before it got dark. It is not safe to be out in the dark in the hills. We had to trot the horses(or should I say had to run my horse). I told Ken to slow down, he stopped and I almost flew over my horse's head.

I would do it again and remember to ask for stirrups that were short enough for me.

Elizza is starting to crawl

Elizza is doing the army crawl. She saw a sticker from about 4 feet away, army crawled to it and stuck it in her mouth. She still palms things.

Grandpa was trying out our new lawn tractor this last weekend. Jared was able to repair the mower parts last night. Jared can now mow the lawn in a day instead two for the back and another two for the rest of the lawn.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend. Thanks you Alicia for hosting dinner. It was fun spending time with family.

The black Friday deal were ok and I did get most of the rest of my Christmas shopping done.

I need to remember that Christmas is not about spending money and things. It is about giving the Love of Christ.

Can you believe it? In less than 3 weeks we will have a new little baby to add more love to our home.

The Eastern Idaho State Fair

We went to the fair yesterday it was fun. Jared got many ribbons for his baking: superintentent award for the men's division (cake, bread, pie, cookies) and won a blanket. He got second on his cookies, and third on sweet and sour sauce and bread. We walked around all the commerial buildings and the craft and antic buildings. RyAnn and I bought a hat that we can put on a baby girl and add a bow. Lets just hope that perditions are right and it is a girl. It was a long day but the weather was nice and cool.

Summer fun

We have been to fireworks and lit our own on the 4th of July weekend in two cities. Jared wasn't impressed with the ones we lit but the kids thought it was great. Morriah even thought she could lit a couple.

We have played in the cold water at Rigby lake and the snake river.

RyAnn jumped on the trampoline during a rain storm.

We have been trying to go to a couple parks before the heat of the day. some times we don't get to stay very long.

This last weekend Jared ran a 5K AT THE 24TH OF jULY CELEBRATION.

Jared said that he got some mystery plants from my Dad and now we have zucchini, pumpkin and crooked-neck squash growing. Now we can say that we will get some produce in addition all to the tomato plants that have blooms.

I'll counting our blessings.

week in review

This week went pretty fast.

Babysitting is hard as always with two one year olds in different moble stages. We went to the park on Tuesday. RyAnn, Issac, and Morriah liked the sand under the playground toys. I think it was the shade it gave them to be under there. It has been nice and warm.

We celebrate with the 3rd at Rigby Lake: got rained on for about 30 minutes, played in the sand and water, and watched firework. Issac fell a sleep waiting in RyAnn's little purple chair. Morriah just watched the Firework until Mom realized she was actually watching them.

We went to a parade and had a picnic and played at the park in Idaho Falls 9-3. We rested up. Then we head to Seth's house for dinner and daddy's fireworks (alot). It was alot of fun. RyAnn was asking Aunt Erin and the girls if they want to come next time (year) before we left for the night.

Little Reunion

Fishing, canoe and tents that's what camping is all about. If you are strong enough to brave the flooding rain.
There were 250 lbs of fish planted into the pond. RyAnn liked fishing with dad. Issac wanted to go for a swim but settle for canoing instead. Morriah just play in the dirt and kept mom busy keeping her out of the fire and pond.

I was thinking that I missed Memorial Day somewhere. Anyway, I was reading in a book tonight and it said... you live close to the Spirit and don't you don't take what you have for granted. It made me think about the time I have been not spending with RyAnn, Issac, Morriah vs House organization I think need to be done. Dishes yes need to be done, Laundry needs to be done, food will always need to be prepared, etc. I know kids grow to fast I just need to get the thoughts to clean slowed down. Family time is the most importantthing that I can do with the time I have.

Not me. I don't know what it is. But my day is not finish until I can veg in front of the tv before I go to bed. But we only get two channels. I really don't get into sport on the tv.

We went to grandmas last weekend. We visited, celebrated Jared's birthday and had cheesecake, played the wii and outside on friday. Saturday, we went to Hogle Zoo and had alot of fun there. Celebrated Mother's day and Grandpa's birthday on Sunday. It was fun weekend!!!

Monday or Tuesday Morriah got sick, Issac on Wednesday and Mom on Thursday. Luckily RyAnn went to work with Dad for the week and didn't get sick.

Today Mom cleaned up the yard from the winter since we got good weather and Morriah like being outside. Daddy got the garden planted: tomatoes, watermelon, squash, cantaloupe, a pumpkin and mom planted spinach. Along with the gordes, carrots, peas, 2 pumpkins that daddy planted in April.

I hosted a cloth diaper enrichment in my house last night. It was fun to get together with other women and learn something new. There are so many options out there in the cloth diaper industry.

I have been reading a book on Food Storage. I think that we are on the right track, just need to get some more wheat, rice and use learn what and how to use them.

We sure have enjoyed the warm weather that we have had. Jared has planted the hardy plants in the garden. Now that the temp. is dropping again at night he is worried that is pumpkins wil need tlc at night. Pumkins seeds come from 700-1100 pound pumkins. He also has got a lot of are sprinkler system in.

RyAnn and Issac like the fact that they have found the sandbox again. Now that the sprinkler have been on want to put that swimsuits on.

Morriah is quite sure she is ready to walk on her own yet. She still seems to find just what isn't suppose to be into: the bathroom, kitchen cupboards, nothing too dangerous just messy.

Jared has a job in Twin Falls for the next two weeks or so. He will work 4- 10 hours a week. He will stay with some cousin that live over there. Thanks to family help.

I just love the things that the dry air brings. NOT! My excema on my hands is keeping me up again. In addition my body isn't getting the fluid it needs. Do to the fact that I don't drink much in between meals. My mind seems to be on different non important things. No I am not talking about the kids. I get worried about things that bother me and all I wanted to do is declutter.

I took Morriah in yesterday to have her blood drawn for allergy testing. we should have results in next week.

Jared is going to be working for the electrical union. We are just waiting until the 18th so he can take the test (no fail). Taking the test will allow him to sign the first book. The first book is for the local men to sign who are waiting for a job placement. The second book is for out of area or out of state to sign. Third book is for new members, this is where Jared signs every week right now.

On a happy note, I found out yesterday that Aaron and Emeral, Jared's Brother and sister in law, are going to have a baby in August. There youngest is RyAnn's age.

Morriah was determined to get me out of bed this morning at 5:30. She thought it was time for breakfast. She is a year now and it is recommended that she should be off the bottle. Although Ijust remembered when I took her into the doctor for her year old visit he didn't mention that she should be transition off of the bottle. I guess it will be her way, when she is ready.

RyAnn and Issac love the camera. I got all of them to look at the Camera this time. They have been so patient as we have put them in the car almost everyday to go somewhere. Same was the case this day, minutes later.

I went to a baby wearing enrichment meeting on Febuary 24th. I always find it fun to go learn something new. I wanted to find an easier way to carry Morriah around and have my hands free for housework and while in the store. I took the kids to the store and carried morriah some in the store with the carrier. I need to get some practice at home it started gettting uncomfortable.

I can't believe that Issac is 3 years old. He talks so well. I am happy that I have a boy. He is growing to be alot like his Dad. Issac loves cars, guns, and BALLS. Everywhere we go you can usually find him with a ball in one or both hands.

Temple Open House

We went to Draper Utah to the Temple Open House. The temple is beautiful. It is nice to see how each temple is different as far as appearance. RyAnn at one part said "that is beautiful". We have taken the kids to three open house (Rexburg and Twin Falls in Idaho and Draper) with in the last year.

Two weekends ago, My brother Jason was home for two week. He lives in Germany. Jared, I and the kids were invited to go down to Utah to see him and Jenny. My parents graciously paid for 12 of us to got to Hardware Ranch and to Golden Corral. We had such a fun time as a family being together.The weather was cold but most because of the wind. It was fun to see the Elk up so close. We could almost reach out and touch them, if they didn't run away at the movement.

I met my honey at a halloween dance 9 years and 3 1/2 months ago at a halloween dance. My friend and I were in the middle of the dance floor acting like goofy teenage girl. We had just graduated from high school a couple months before. I like the idea of not knowing anyone else at the dance.

When I turn to face the door way there he sat on a chair right next to the door. His costume was a jail escape uniform made from a fencing suit (you know "swords"). My mind is blank to how we actually ended up in the same corner of the gym. My next memory is sitting my friend talking to him and his friend. Then her saying will you dance with her. I remember being on the dance floor and him being a whole foot taller than me.

He impressed me so much and made me laugh I just had to see him again. Over a week later I was able to see him again. He remember my friends name; which is pretty hard, but not mine. I gave him my number and that weekend he asked me on a date.

New Year

On January 1st 2000

We were at a New Years Dance. Jared and I were in the middle of the floor with alot of other people. The new year rang in and we kissed. Jared took my hand and I walked with him toward a door opposite the door we came in. I thought maybe he wants to go for a walk or the long way around to the car. All the sudden he stopped and got down on his knee. Yes he proposed. I think I was in shock. My friend walked over and started crying.

It has been 9 years since Jared asked me to marry him that wonderful night.

The celebration wasn't as big. We stayed home with our three kids tucked in bed and I woke up about 10 mins. before the new year rang in our area. But I did get my kiss.
